The 24 yrs young boy, had weakness of Rt upper limb. Due to Road traffic accident. This condition is called Brachial plexus injury. in which patients upper limb, is weak due to injury to Brachial plexus. which is located in between, the shoulder and neck of the patient.
Exploration of Rt Brachial plexus and neurolysis was done. There was neuroma, in continually of the suprascapular nerve. which was adherent, in callus of clavicle fracture. Extensive neurolysis was done, under the microscope.
