A case of assault by the sword on the volar aspect of Rt forearm. Rt forearm had near total amputation.

There was the injury to flexor tendons of all fingers, thumb, and wrist. Apart from this patients median nerve, ulnar nerve, radial artery, ulnar artery all the structures were divided. All the divided structures were repaired. Microvascular repair of divided nerves and arteries was done under the microscope.

After the 3-month patient is able to flex his all fingers, thumb and wrist. There is also an improvement in the sensation of the median and ulnar nerve distribution. He has gone back to work after 3 months.
