A case of assault by the sword on the volar aspect of Rt forearm. Rt forearm had near total amputation.

45-year male patient had to swell of Rt forearm since 10 to 12 years. The swelling was gradually increasing in size to attain present huge swelling of the forearm.

After doing all the relevant investigations surgery was planned. During surgery, the swelling was carefully separated from brachial, radial, ulnar arteries. Median nerve was going through a tumour which was carefully separated under the microscope. Swelling 15cm X 8cm was excised. It was fibrolipoma on histopathological examination. At present his Rt forearm was looking completely normal like opposite forearm.
