The young, male patient had the fracture of Rt scaphoid/ due to falling on an outstretched hand. The scaphoid fracture was treated, with the plaster cast for 1 ½ month elsewhere. Fracture of Rt Scaphoid was not united. This condition is called, the scaphoid non-union. It was treated with open reduction, and the iliac crest, bone grafting, and K wire stabilization.

3 months post surgery, patients Scaphoid was totally united and he is able to do all activities with his Rt Hand.
